Donations of licenses for commerial SCMs

Yo,

I would like to orgnanize a small campaign to try and get the prominent
SCM vendors to donate a copy of their product so that we install them
for testing. It's really hard for all of us to test things well if we
don't have the products for testing.

Anyone have any thoughts?
