Bugzilla for Xerces-C

Hi, there,

   The bug reporting database for Xerces-C, Bugzilla, is now avaiable, See
    http://xml.apache.org/xerces-c/bug-report.html  where
    brief guidelines about writing a useful bug report is provided.

    The Xerces-C Bugzilla is an official bug database for Xerces-C
    aiming at better bug reporting, querying and tracking, and help
    developer to identify and fix bugs more efficiently.

   Please post your concern, comment, and suggestion regarding this new bug
   reporting database in this mailing list.
