Currently the deployer doesn't generate osgi metadata, the car-maven-plugin does.  This needs to be fixed so that its possible to deploy stuff directly to geronimo without building a plugin with maven first.

So, the only part left here is to clean up Environment to leave out info we don't need any more.  The manifest info is now created in an appropriate place.

I think the way to deal with this is to have ConfigurationData include the manifest info.  It currently includes the Environment which is not that relevant any more.
