Move axis-dev from "Misc" to "Apache"

Dear Webguy,

First, thanks for archiving the axis-dev mail list.  Much appreciated.

Could you please move the maillist archive for "axis-dev" from the
category "Misc" to "Apache".  This project (second generation SOAP
server/client) is an Apache open source initiative
(http://xml.apache.org/axis).
