   While working on https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/19409/commits/6a66c61833868d814e08208e55251acbfe1c3618, I came across some concrete examples of how we pass mismatched authentication information to the authorization provider. This will not affect the normal authorization provider, but it should be fixed to make custom providers work.
