Suggestion for future MS converts to OOo -

Can you change the server error message to "The software has not been updated
since version 3.3.0. Development has been transferred from Oracle (a commercial
company) to the Apache Software Foundation which develops open source software
very successfully. The Foundation operates under a different licensing regime.
As well as sorting out bugs, it now has to ensure that the software and
associated material comply with its licensing requirements." then also provide

For now please if an update exists, but you cannot download it through OOo, you
need to go to the project page and click "I want to download OpenOffice.org":

The current cryptic message: "Error reading data from the network.
Server error message: Could not read status line: An existing connection was
forcibly closed by the remote host." could be eliminated.

This IS a bug, as it causes nothing but endless complaining in forums to
confused people that don't need to be confused.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
