torque and JOTM

I'm trying to get JOTM (open JTA) to work with Torque (default database),
but Torque is commiting the connection automatically (I'm guessing default
behavior). Is there any way I can globally set autocommit = false?

Never mind...I can set this in the server.xml since I'm using DBCP.
