Yup.

Apache has high load and Infra have been trying out a new
mod_something_or_other to see if it can stop Jira having weekly
issues. Turned it into daily issues though, but it is being worked on
- number one focus at Infra at the moment - and when it's down you can
be sure that people know and are working on it
(http://monitoring.apache.org starts yelling).
