It's often difficult to debug a framework without knowing what it's being offered.  The scheduler can log the offers, but not all schedulers do so, and it's often behind a verbose logging option that can be difficult to enable in certain environments.

It would be much more helpful if Mesos offered and API for clients to view recent offers.
