The AddLanguage directive for the Swedish language is wrong in httpd.conf

In the default httpd.conf there is a directive to add the Swedish language like
this:
AddLanguage sv .se

This is wrong since "se" is a country-code and "sv" is a language code. The
correct directive should be:
AddLanguage sv .sv
