I created the new job at http://ec2-174-129-184-35.compute-1.amazonaws.com/jenkins/job/PreCommit-HIVE-BRANCH_1-Build/
I added the branch1-mr2.properties and branch1-mr1.properties to the jenkins instance as well.

I am not sure if I need to restart the jenkins server so that it detects the new properties file. I will wait until other tests finish, and
I will restart it.
