Now the OSGi 4.3 API is present in maven we should use that for build. We still download Equinox 3.7 in the itests (which should probably use the final equinox driver until it is available through maven/pax exam).
I agree that copying is bad, now that we have another choice we should avoid it.

Well, I would say it's probably not worth changing again until there is a proper equinox 3.7 maven prereq.
The org.osgi.core one is unfortunately not enough since we want a 4.3 runtime for the itests ...
