Question on DeploymentException & UnsuportedTypeExceptions

Hi Jeremy

   Why exceptions like DeploymentException and UnsupportedTypeExceptions are
defined in the host-api ? if they are specific to host environments, doesn't
host environments  have dependencies in kernel/core ?
