ConvertJSONToSQL - record readers/writers should be used instead.

ListenRELP has no known usage and isn't maintained.

ListenTCPRecord offers minimal convenience over ListenTCP which is still there and actively used.

ParseCEF is not needed due to the now available CEF Record Reader.
