[howto] test the 1.0.0-incubating plugins

Hi,

for those who are interested in testing the 1.0.0-incubating
artifacts, do the following to the trinidad pom

<pluginRepositories>
<pluginRepository>

  <id>apache.stage</id>
  <name>Apache Stage Repository</name>
  <url>http://people.apache.org/~matzew/stage</url>
   <layout>default</layout>
 </pluginRepository>
</pluginRepositories>


... and of course change the version from incubator-m1-snapshot to
1.0.0-incubating
