Java SDO Overview doc doesnt address setting of M2_REPO variable

when initializing a new eclipse environment as per the instructions in the java sdo overview,  the eclipse projects generated by the mvn eclipse:eclipse commands don't build until the M2_REPO variable is set.  This needs describing in the docvument 

(instruction outline --  right click a project, properties, build path, libraries,  click a library with M2_REPO var referenced, edit, variable, folder, browse to repository (on windows this is c:\Documents and Settings\<username>\.m2\repository) and set the variable)
