We're currently using burnett01/rsync-deployments/0dc935cdecc5f5e571865e60d2a6cdc673704823 for the rsync activities. That maps to v5.2 https://github.com/Burnett01/rsync-deployments/commit/0dc935cdecc5f5e571865e60d2a6cdc673704823, which is EOL and not supported since 2024 per https://github.com/Burnett01/rsync-deployments/blob/master/SECURITY.md

We should upgrade to v8.0.2 which is the latest LTS version, pinned at 53581dff6de0d8511d74864451aacee4846bdf39
