   They are pretty much always misused. See [this SO answer](https://stackoverflow.com/a/30220944/648955) for the explanation. They should be prohibited using forbidden-apis with suggested alternatives: Guava's `Maps.new(Linked)HashMapWithExpectedSize()`, `Sets.newHashSetWithExpectedSize()`.
