--------------------------------------------------------------
Found one additional mention of RPM installation in Tools and Modules > HTTP Session Management Modules > HTTP Session Management Module for Pivotal tc Server > Setting Up the HTTP Module for tc Server.
This RPM mention refers to the tc Server component, which does offer an RPM installation, at least if downloaded from VMWare, so I retained this occurrence.

> There is no RPM installation mechanism for Geode. The User Manual contains at least one reference to RPM installation in Tools and Modules > gfsh > Starting gfsh. This reference needs to be removed, and the rest of the user manual checked for other occurrences.
