Please raise this issue on the user's list rather than raising a JIRA, we try to keep JIRAs for known bugs/improvements.
When you do, it would be better if you gave some example documents, how you want them searched, and
the result of &debug=query on your URL.
My _guess_ is that you're not getting the parsing you expect. First of all, it's not a keyword, they are tokens.
If you want them to be only considered as a single token you should be using something like
KeywordTokenizerFactory, possibly followed by LowercaseFilterFactory. The admin/analysis page is
invaluable here.
