I've created a new JIRA issue with an attached ZIP file containing a very
stripped-down version of the interface. Here it's just returning a
hard-coded Unicode string rather than the full search and retrieval, and
I've cut away almost all of the parameters and configuration.

The ZIP includes the HTTP-SU, JSR181-SU and a service assembly. I have
included a sample query and examples of the incorrect output and the desired
output in the JIRA issue description.
