Developing a new packaging method

Hi all,

i've searched and searched but had no luck in finding any guidelines to help
me develop a new packaging method.
Is there anything like that out there ?
Can any of you provide me with a getting started, so that i can.......get
started ?

ehehe, i had looked at that page just 2 minutes ago and completly missed the
"New Packaging" section.
