New Idea Proposal for GSoC 2021

Hello

I'm Sid from India. I have an idea related to Apache Spark. I'm planning to
submit a proposal based on that idea for GSoC 2021. Before doing that, It
will be a great help for me, If I can discuss my idea with any core
contributor of the Spark. Please reply to me as soon as possible. It will be
very helpful for me. Hoping to hear soon from somebody
