I think you need to provide some stacktrace logged in kylin.log
There maybe are some useful hints.

Hi all, 
    When I build the sample cube, I encounter a problem at step 13
there is no more information except below:
 
Output log:
    result code:2
Can anyone tell me what is wrong?
PS: I have changed the kylin config and change the two property "mapred.output.compress" and "mapred.compress.map.output" from 'true' to 'false' , all  Is it this reson?
