Highlighting

Maik, your  info@iq-computing.de email bounced, so I'm hoping you're still
lurking on this list...

I've updated the highlighting code you posted on your website to work with the
current version of Lucene (except RangeQuery), that's 1.3 rc1 I believe. One
change to the Lucene core classes need to be made. I've also added primitive 
support for Google-style excerpting.

Since the original code was licensed under LGPL, wondering if you'd like to
incorporate my changes into it. Otherwise, I'll post it independently onto the
mailing list.
