[NOTICE] Apache Asyncband 0.7.0 RC1 vote cancelled

Hi all,

The IPMC vote for Apache Asyncband (Incubating) 0.7.0 RC1 has been canceled.

The PPMC vote passed, but the subsequent IPMC review identified issues in
the
LICENSE file and in the license headers and provenance of files containing
third-party code. Since correcting these issues changes the candidate
contents, RC1 will not be promoted as an ASF release.

The corresponding corrections have been merged in PR #275:

The next steps are:

- publish 0.7.0 to crates.io as a non-ASF release to unblock downstream
users;
- prepare 0.7.1 as a new ASF release candidate;
- restart the PPMC and IPMC release votes for 0.7.1.

The existing 0.7.0 RC1 artifacts will remain in dist/dev temporarily, but
they
will not be promoted to the ASF release distribution.
