Jira and Wiki setup

Mentors,
Is setting up Jira and Confluence Wiki also something that we should be 
doing ourselves?

INFRA-5922 Create Apache Knox JIRA
INFRA-5954 Setup Confluence wiki for Apache Knox podling

If so can we please discuss what needs to be done to get these going?
