  Added:       lib      servlet.jar
  Log:
  Add the servlet classes (from Tomcat) so that custom tag libraries
  within jakarta-taglibs can be compiled separately from jakarta-tomcat.
  This file will need to be added to the classpath in the appropriate
  build.xml scripts.
