Impala Jenkins service outage

The Impala public Jenkins instance (jenkins.impala.io) will be taken
offline for security update shortly. Mail will be sent when the service
becomes available again.

Jenkins is now back online.

There was a change in the way it interacts with Gerrit, so if you see any
issues with the way
Gerrit reviews are processed (or with Jenkins in general), please let me
know.
