How do I change my subscription?

I would like to change my subscription from Every Message to a Message
Digest.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

View the full headers of the mail you just wrote (or this one, or any ml 
mail). One line reads:

list-help: <ma...@subversion.tigris.org>

A mail to that address reveals that there's a special digest list and 
how to subscribe to that one..
