test(auth): pin the user status update contract

UpdateStudioUserStatusDTO carries an account enable/disable. It had no test. This pins: the enabled flag must be explicitly present - an absent flag must never silently default a user's account state - and both states are valid.

- New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean.
- Discriminating mutation: the required constraint inverted (red).
Restored: green.
