> This is a follow up enhancement for TS-3549 (and related jiras). Open Write Fail Action feature developed with TS-3549 currently allows returning a stale copy to every client (based on a cache open write failure), except the first client that initiated a cache revalidation. This jira is opened to enhance the feature to support returning the stale copy even to the first client, essentially triggering the revalidation in the background (ala background fill feature), so as to be able to use the feature as a substitute for SWR.
