apr-from-cvs wrong packed?

Hi,
when I extract the apr-xxxxx.tar.gz file fetched from http://cvs.apache.org/snapshots/apr/ I get a message about overwriting files in the ./locks/netware dir.
Looking at http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/apr/locks/ only shows a 'netware' dir, but when I open the *.tar.gz with WinZip, I can see that there are two dirs:
'netware' and 'NetWare', and this seems to be the problem...
can we remove one of the dirs?
