upgrading c2 to newer

I guess what is the procedure of upgrade some existing web application 
with latest cocoon2 - eg from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2? simple replacing of all 
cocoon jars does'nt work for me :/ or maybe it is related only to 
development versions?
