You have to give us some more information before we can help you figure this out. You tagged this under version 0.9.10-incubating, so you must have cloned the latest version from github, is that correct? Also what does your syslog say? Guacd uses syslog to log all events and errors and it should give you more information about the error. So start by posting the relevant parts of syslog.
