Implementation of a redirection feature which enable to seamlessly present collections hosted by alternate SDAP as provided by a main SDAP.
This pull request requires https://github.com/apache/incubator-sdap-ingester/pull/52 on this ingester so that the ingestion supports (ie ignores) the remote collection configuration.
The ticket describing the developed feature is https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SDAP-388
Docker images integrating the feature are available on docker hub:
ingestion, to ignore remote collections: tloubrieu/collection-manager:0.1.6a15
webapp: tloubrieu/nexus-webapp:distributed.0.4.5a42
A user oriented documentation has been added in the `helm/README.md` file where the collections.yaml configuration is documented.
