   …nts for detection and subscription
   
   1) Implements static versions of detection-form and subscription-form components, which will be the form counterparts to detection-yaml and subscription-yaml, respectively
   2) migrates actions, props, and functions down to components from controller, where possible
   3) shared props left on the controller
   4) unused code deleted from controller
   5) application data on create-alert route updated to match new Ember data call
   6) All of these changes are hidden unless debug=show param is passed into the url, activating the toggle button
