SDB documentation
I have a process(*) for moving content from the openjena.org wiki to the
CMS, which I've piloted by migrating the SDB documentation. I've not
done very much cleanup, apart from fixing a few minor typos. The docs
are in staging, but not published externally yet.
Could someone with a better knowledge of SDB than me take a quick look
to see if anything obvious has gone wrong, but also to check if any of
the words in the docs are now wildly out of date?

Aside: seem to be two issues with this conversion.
1) Definition lists. Appears to be an extension to md, and one that
varies (hurrah).
Need to change:
Term
~ definition here
to
Term
: definition here
2) Internal links for contents. Link was Mixed_Case, but ids were
lower_case.

Thanks very much for converting this Ian. Only noticed two issues:

* There are numerous tildes in the 'Vocabulary' section (looks like
they were originally definition lists?)

* Minor typo / thinko has been faithfully converted ('DISTINCT because
new nodes may contain duplicates' s/nodes/triples)
Nothing in there is really out of date, but some sections could
probably be merged or even removed, e.g.

Is it ok if I fix those issues?
