[PATCH] Tomcat-4 Gump descriptor and commons-logging

Hi,

you are trying to copy both jars (I've just now discovered, that there
are two) of commons-logging in your Gump descriptor, unfortunatly
simply adding the second jar has brokwn a couple of other builds.

Please apply the patch below, it will temporarily disable the
-api.jar.  After this has been done, I can savely (re)introduce the
jar to commons-logging and send a second patch here to enable it.
