Encoding in multipart forms

Hi!

I have a multipart/form-data form in which I want to upload photos. But in this form I have other text fields too. The problem is that in these textfields I can have ISO-8859-2 or UTF-8 characters.
On my windows local machine everithing works fine, but when I upload my work on server (suse), the UTF-8 characters from the textfields becomes "?". Why? How can I fix this problem.
