chinese big5 true type / type 1 font

Hi
When I using the tools convert 
java org.apache.fop.fonts.apps.TTFReader -ttcname "PMingLiU" MingLiU.ttc ming.xml

When I generate the PDF file which have chinese character of "ming"  font
It can convert 95-98% correct chinese character.

Anyone help solve the problem!

Anyone have this information !
