   The library responsible for configuration file generation is at [`lib/go-atscfg`](https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/lib/go-atscfg). The package lacks much in the way of developer docs (pending #6099). The task is theoretically simple, but you will need some understanding of how [ATS](docs.trafficserver.apache.org) works and you'll need familiarity with [the basic function of ATC](https://traffic-control-cdn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/overview/index.html) and [Topologies](https://traffic-control-cdn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/glossary.html#term-Topologies) in particular.
