It might be little big hacky to remove it directly from metadata table.
and it's easy to mess things up.
do you have to remove the table?
hive tables in different projects are isolated,
you can create a new project as a workaround

Unfortunately, there's no GUI for this feature yet, here's JIRA for
tracking: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KYLIN-579
Workaround: go to Kylin metadata HTable and delete from there (please
delete both /table and /table_ext)
