DSpace rsync artifacts not sync'd

Repo Maintainers,

I'm not sure what the rsync frequency is, but our most recent release to our
local repo we not rsynced to the central repository last night.  I just
wanted to find out what the rsync frequency and if we missed the last one.

I changed it again a few days ago to run at 6pm and 7am CST.
