Page Numbering Issue

Hello,

1. Is it possible to have no page number on the first page when you have
only one <fo:page-sequence>.
i.e my first page is not any special page just that i do not wnat to have
apage number on that page.

2. Is it possible to have different page numbering layout for odd and even
pages with just one 
<fo:page-sequence> and one <fo:simple-page-master>.
Here my need is to have page numbers visisble on top-right hand side when
the pages are odd and top-left hand sided images when pages are even.

Need help.

Have a look at the attached file. It contains a footer with number and logo, depending on odd or even page the logo and the number trade places.
