Repository README.txt content for fsfs in 1.1.0

The README.txt file appears to be identical for repositories created with
--fs-type bdb and fsfs.

The fsfs repository README file contains this section:

<section>
The directory "db" contains a Berkeley DB environment.
You may need to tweak the values in "db/DB_CONFIG" to match the
requirements of your site.
</section>

Not sure if this is intentional or not.
