[PATCH] PropertiesUtil / TemplatePath

here's the patch.

Massive diffs but I splitted the big method into 2 chunks and added some
javadocs, it does not kill.

The change consist of a StringTokenizer loop over the templatePath this way
we can have multiple paths to load properties the same way we load .vm

Of course it removes the compatibility with the
$properties.load("$generator.TemplatePath/sql/security/db.props") syntax
since it does no make sense...

That's a rather challenging diff to figure out.  :)

Can you try again?

If you are using CVS

cvs diff -u PropertiesUtil.java

Should work fine.

Otherwise, just send me the whole file so I can get this in.
