Is CVS alive ?
Got the following error on doing update:
cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@cvs.apache.org:/home/cvspublic -q update -d -A -P xml-xerces/c/src xml-xerces/c/Projects xml-xerces/c/samples xml-xerces/c/tools
cvs [update aborted]: connect to cvs.apache.org(63.251.56.143):2401 failed: Connection timed out
But:
ping 63.251.56.143
Pinging 63.251.56.143 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 63.251.56.143: bytes=32 time=500ms TTL=42
