    [proposal] Improving naming of steps that consume side inputs

    This would allow steps which consume side inputs to have a more intuitive name. We've had several users express confusion about their counters being associated to a step named **Do**.
    
    The previous appearance was like this:

    This change makes it look like this:

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/pabloem/incubator-beam improv-si

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
