Ugh. I accidentally hit enter before adding any content or anything, and I don't know how to edit a bug.

Open the window demo. Move the window with no menubar over the window with a menubar, so that its titlebar's top edge is halfway down the menubar. Now, click on a half-covered menubar option. The drop-down list will appear in front of the window on top
